So glad I called David at Brainard’s Greenscapes! I needed help with erosion control and drainage. I also needed some landscaping and tress. David and his amazing crew did a fabulous job! I sleep at night knowing that my rock wall will not be floating down the arroyo in the next big rain and that I will not have standing water. David and his crew show up when they say they’re coming and do an amazing job. This company is everything they say they are. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and just plain good. They cleaned up everything after they were done and my landscaping looks great. This business comes complete with service, integrity and a sense of humor. I will absolutely call on them again in the future. We have over two acres to play with and I can’t wait to see what we can do with Brainard’s Greenscapes!

David, the owner, is a sincere, honest individual, who cares about his business and his customers. His employees are also kind and always professional. David and his team did a great job trimming, clearing and cleaning up our yard. We had almost 1/2 acre of desert that needed serious attention. David’s team of 6-8 guys made short work of this project. It was no small feat as the area had been neglected for years. The team was prompt, respectful, and completed the project ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with David and his team. One can tell that David has a passion for nature and landscaping. After meeting with David during the bidding process, we had hoped that his bid would come in competitive with the other bids we received as we had a good feeling about him. We were pleasantly surprised with the bid results. His bid was towards the low end of the five bids we received. Brainard’s Greenscapes did a great job for us!

David Brainard is the greatest! I tried to install my new WiFi-enabled irrigation controller but couldn’t get it to work. As I live 2 hours away from his shop, David asked me to send photos. Upon receipt, he immediately identified the problem. He guided me through the corrective surgery and voila! I now have a functional, fancy-schmancy Wifi-enabled irrigation system. Thanks David – you went above and beyond. In this crazy big-box world, it’s reassuring to know that local businesses like Brainard’s still exist – bravo!
